M3 – Ecommerce System Development
Development of ecommerce content management system and template integration.
Timing: 16 - 28 weeks
M4 – Content Integration
Loading of all product data, images, policy page information, system messages, customer interaction content
Timing: 2.5 – 4 weeks
M5 – Merchant Gateway, Shipping, Fulfillment & POS Integration
During this phase we will do the API integration for the chosen merchant account for credit card processing. We will also set up all of the shipping calculation functionality via chosen carrier or internal shipping table. If the client is using a fulfillment company or POS system for shipping management, we will integrate those functions during this phase as well.
Timing: 3 – 6 weeks
M6 – BETA Review
Once we have completed the merchant and shipping integrations the system will be ready for full review by both the JJCO internal QA team and the client. At this stage we will be able to navigate the front and backend systems with 85% of all functions complete and ready for full review.

Client Review & Feedback – 2 Week. (revolving)

M7 -- System Training
Coinciding with the BETA Review, we will also take this time to train needed personnel on the admin system functions and usage.
Timing: 3 weeks
M8 – Move to Live Servers
Now that 99% of all development for the phase 1 launch of the site is complete, we will move the site to the live dedicated servers to complete the final launch items.
Timing: 2 weeks
M9 – Load testing / Server Configuration
Once the site is loaded on the live servers, we will load test the system and also do final server configurations to ensure the proper functioning of the system.
Timing: 2 weeks
M10 – Soft Launch / Ongoing Monitoring and bug fixing
Holding pages will be removed so live customers can access the site. Soft launches are a period of time prior to full scale marketing to allow live users to interact with the site and find any remaining bugs or system issues.
Timing 6 – 8 weeks
