JJCO has a strong commitment to project management and development process support.  Our trained project managers keep the development process moving forward and keep you constantly up to date on the progress of your project. We utilize BaseCamp and other project control tools to ensure the process stays on track.

Along with our development milestones, the project management team uses a rigid and traditional project approach. In the "traditional approach" we distinguish 5 components in the development of a project:

• Project initiation stage
• Project planning or design stage
• Project execution or production stage
• Project monitoring and controlling systems
• Project completion and testing

Your project manager will help guide your development project to completion while keeping you updated and answering all of your questions along the way.

Our experienced team also helps guide you through the number of different implementation choices during the process.  We focus on partnering with you to make sure all of your objectives are accomplished.

Over the course of any project the work scope may change or grow. Change is a normal and expected part of the development process. Changes can result in design modifications, system functionality additions and third party system integrations, to name a few.  Your project manager will work with you to provide quotes for these changes or to get them included in the current scope of work.

When changes are introduced to the project, it is important not to lose sight of the initial goals and objectives of the project.   Our project managers are experienced with these types of changes and can help keep the project on track.
